“My World in Still Life" depicts a simple glass vase holding a singular succulent leaf. Though unassuming, it carries a deeper meaning. The vase represents the walls of my home, a place I spend a significant amount of time due to my disability. However, the vibrant succulent leaf signifies life and resilience flourishing within these walls. It reflects how I've cultivated a fulfilling world for myself despite limitations. The minimalist style emphasises the quiet strength found in perseverance and the beauty discovered in the everyday objects that surround us.
